Mesa Boogie Mark V – Playthrough with Fender Stratocaster and Gibson Les Paul Guitars.

I suppose 7 minutes of playing riffs in different setups isn’t enough to show a wide range of sound and versatility of Mesa Boogie Mark V Amp. Mesa Boogie Mark V’s sound is totally honest and that’s why I use two industry-standard guitars which are Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster Sienna Sunburst 2009 and Gibson Les Paul Classic Plain Top 2016 Limited Goldtop. To get the natural sound, I did not use a cabin simulator or anything. Mesa Boogie Rectifier 4×12 Slant Cabinet is mic’d with 3 microphones two sm57s (dynamic), 1 audio technica At2020 (which is a cheap microphone but I like the sound when it is used as a room mic) No effects or pedals have been used and I did not try to imitate real guitar sounds of original songs. Thanks to Onur Alakus for being my cameraman 🙂 Also, you can think it’s a little Les Paul vs Stratocaster video 🙂
